Immunization and Vaccination
Immunizations are a cornerstone of pediatric care, helping protect your child from serious diseases. We recommend following the usual vaccination schedule and will take the time to discuss the benefits and any concerns you may have about vaccines. While we strongly encourage giving all the vaccines on time, we also believe in parental choice and will work with you regarding vaccines and all treatments. We never discharge patients for not vaccinating, but rather, hope that, as we build a relationship, parents can feel more and more comfortable taking our advice. Sometimes parents worry that an unvaccinated child may spread vaccine-preventable diseases to another child in our office. We take every precaution to be sure our office does not promote the spread of any disease, by keeping our practice small and by running on time, so sick children do not spend time together in the reception area. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive environment where you can make informed decisions about your child's health. We believe in transparency and are always here to answer any questions you might have, ensuring that you feel confident and supported in the decisions you make for your family.
