Elementary School-Age Children

Elementary school is a time of rapid growth, both academically and socially. Our care for elementary-age children emphasizes developmentally appropriate check-ups, immunizations, and guidance on healthy lifestyle habits. We focus on setting your child up for success in school and beyond by supporting their physical health, mental well-being, and emotional development. We partner with you to address any concerns, whether related to school performance, friendships, or behavior, and work together to ensure your child thrives during these formative years.During these visits, the physician or physician assistant will address both the child and the parent, and as the child grows, they can participate in sharing their concerns and questions more and more. The parent stays in the room for the whole visit.
