Liv Lee, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Liv (pronounced “Leave”) believes you can be healthy at any size, and encourages parents to eat and feed with joy, as she has learned from childhood eating expert, Ellyn Satter!

Liv earned her masters in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Teachers College at Columbia University. At TC she also completed the dietetic internship at various clinical and community sites across New York and New Jersey.

As a mom of two, she has personal experience navigating the concerns, questions and, sometimes, added stress that comes with childhood feeding and nutrition. After all, childhood feeding is not just about the child learning how to eat, but also involves the parent learning how, and what, to feed their child. It is a relationship built on trust and a journey that spans from infancy to the teens and beyond.

In a one-on-one meeting, Liv will address your concerns and work with you to customize a plan that fits your family’s lifestyle. Whether it is starting solids, picky eating, over/under weight, GI distress or feeding your child athlete, Liv is eager to be a resource and to help cultivate a nourishing and fun feeding environment in your family. Liv also loves teens, and is thrilled to meet with them individually as a warm and supportive coach in finding their own way through their nutrition concerns.

Meetings can be in person or via telehealth. They can be booked using the online schedule tool. Some insurance plans will cover all or part of nutrition services. We will submit to your insurance if you let us know it should be covered - please find out before your appointment by contacting your insurance company. Liv is now credentialed with most insurances, and can be seen for a copay, according to your insurance benefits. Rates for self-pay nutrition services are $80 for an initial visit (one hour) and $40 for follow ups (30 minutes each) OR bundled to $140 for an initial visit (one hour) plus two follow ups (30 minutes each).
